Transportation and pick-up policies |

| 1. It is the responsibility of parents to arrange transportation for their child to and from Baker Language & Learning Center. | ||||||||
| 2. Students must be picked up by a parent/guardian or parent/guardian-approved (in writing) third party. | ||||||||
| 3. Students may walk home, if this is the method of transportation preferred by the parent/guardian, or take public transportation. A letter of permission is required to allow students to leave without a parent/guardian accompanying them. | ||||||||
| 4. Baker Language & Learning Center, Amy Baker Williamson, and all parties associated with the Center or Amy Baker Williamson accept no responsibility for the welfare or well-being of a student once he/she leaves the Center. | ||||||||
| 5. Baker Language & Learning Center is responsible for students receiving tutoring only for the duration of a paid session. | ||||||||
| 6. Parents arriving late to pick-up their tutoring students will be billed a supervision fee at the rate of $40 per hour, divided into 15-minute increments, unless the student is enrolled in after-school supervision. | ||||||||
| 7. Parents arriving late to pick-up their after-school care students will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute past 6:20 p.m. Pick up is to occur between 6:00 - 6:15 p.m. for after-school supervised students. | ||||||||
| 8. We request transporters (parents/guardians/parent-approved transporter) to come to the door to pick up their tutoring students, and sign a pick-up sheet when retrieving students in after-school care. | ||||||||
