Absences related to illness or family emergency must be called in by 8:00 a.m. the morning of your child's session.

Absences for any other reasons will be billed at the normal hourly rate.

There are no refunds for sick days or other unscheduled absences.

Absences | Junior Preschool

Please call Director Amy Williamson at (206) 324-8312 by 8:00 a.m. on the morning that the child will be absent. Refunds are not available for missed days, as tuition is paid by the month.

Tardiness | Tutoring

It is the responsibility of the parent and child to arrive promptly for lessons.

Students arriving late will receive a truncated lesson (50 minutes less the time the student is late).

Parents/parent-approved transporters arriving late to pick-up their tutoring students will be charged a supervision fee of $10 per 15-minute increment, unless the student is enrolled in after-school supervision.

Tardiness | After-school supervision

There is a 45-minute period during which students are expected to arrive (due to variances in school release times). Students arriving late for activities simply join in at whatever point they arrive.

Tardiness | Junior Preschool

Play time is between 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Please schedule your child to arrive by no later than 9:00 a.m.
